The short version
This website is designed to know as little about you as possible. It does not collect health information, does not use advertising trackers, and does not build visitor profiles.
What this website collects
- Contact form: if you use it, we receive your name, an email or phone number, a reason category, and a contact preference. Nothing else. The form intentionally has no free-text box and must not be used for health details.
- Aggregate analytics: server-side, aggregate page statistics without cookies or client-side tracking scripts. We see counts, not individuals.
What this website never collects
- Health history, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or insurance identifiers.
- Body-map or page selections — the interactive explorer stores and sends nothing.
- Session recordings, heatmaps, or advertising pixels.
Where health information belongs
Scheduling details and health history are collected only inside the office's secure clinical systems, which are covered by healthcare privacy law and separate agreements. When this website hands you off to a scheduler or portal, that system's privacy notice applies.
Email delivery
Contact-form submissions are delivered to the office by a transactional email provider. That provider is not a healthcare system, which is exactly why the form accepts no medical details.
