Care measured in your terms
Most people do not come in asking for a specific joint to move better. They want to get through a workday, sleep without waking up stiff, or keep up with their kids. Care at Palmer starts with that goal and works backward.
How it works
- You describe the activity that matters and where it breaks down.
- The examination looks at the movement involved — not just where it hurts.
- Together you pick a plain-language baseline: how far, how long, how often, how comfortable.
- Care and home guidance aim at that baseline, and progress is reviewed against it.
What this is not
- No invented “wellness score” or percentage of health.
- No promise that adjustments treat unrelated diseases.
- No open-ended plan without checkpoints.
If a goal turns out to need a different kind of care — physical therapy, medical evaluation, imaging — that gets said plainly, with a referral.
