If you have insurance
Call the office with your insurance card handy. Staff can help verify chiropractic benefits before your visit. One important boundary: verification is not a guarantee of payment — the insurer makes the final decision after care is billed. Never send insurance ID numbers through this website; share them by phone or in the secure intake process.
If you are self-pay or uninsured
You have a federal right to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before scheduled care. Ask for it when you book — the office’s process is described on the Good Faith Estimate page.
